For organizational reasons, to request the Microstore ID and/or access to Giovanna Group’s Microstore, you can request it at our store or send us an email at supporto@giovannagroup.cn, providing the following information:
Full name;
Your role in your company;
Email (which will be used for access on Microstore);
Company details: company name, VAT number, and address.
Once you have received the Microstore ID, we emphasize the importance of ensuring that the data provided during the form submission exactly matches the data used for access to the Microstore platform. If the data do not match, it could result in the refusal of your access request.

The Microstore app gives you many benefits, including you can view and order our products directly from your mobile phone.
Yes, when you send us your order you can select the delivery method, including "Self-pickup" and "Shipping".
If you select the "Shipping" option, the final price will be available after we have verified the actual weight of the package and added any shipping costs.
If you do not see the "Shipping" option, you can always contact us via our contacts available to receive more information.
For orders via the app we accept the following payment methods:
Cash and credit/debit cards: Only available for the "Self-pickup" delivery option;
Bank transfer: Available for both delivery options, when placing the order you will be able to view our bank details.
Attention: If you have selected the delivery option as "Delivery", the final price and bank details will be available after we have verified the weight of the shipment and added any shipping costs.
Once you have your Microstore ID, you can move on to the final step of registering via the Microstore app and submitting your request. Once we receive your request, if the data matches those provided in the documentation, we will approve your request.
Yes, you can also visit our Microstore profile via the microstore.giovannagroup.cn website. However, we recommend downloading the app to have a better browsing and purchasing experience.
